Returns
- You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, with all included parts and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required to process a return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-cut or special-order auto glass.
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., wrong size or fit), please contact our support team before sending it back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
